Local Restaurants & Places to Eat around Invergowrie

Bridgeview Station Restaurant

Riverside Dr, Dundee DD1 4DB, UK – 01382 660066

This particular visit was lovely (March 12th 2017). I meet my brother and parents here now again. Our waitress on this occasion was lovely and well mannered. Food was not bad and they allowed us to bring our own cake. I have also visited quite a bit with husband or friends and normally everything is fine. Although all my visits are now marred with a bad visit which will always stay with me. On that occasion we were treated terribly by the male waiter. He was very rude indeed and my thoughts are that he thought we weren't dressed appropriately as we had been out dog walking in the rain. So now we only eat here when meeting my brother who travels from Edinburgh as it is always a rush before he goes to a football match. If you do visit here I recommend trying the steak sandwich it is lovely.

As one who really loves eggs, I dare say this place serves the best scrambled eggs I've ever tasted! Fresh and creamy. Their cheap prices was an added bonus! Not to forget the view from the restaurant is simply beautiful. Love how the sun shines right into the restaurant while indulging in our breakfasts. Will definitely come back. Only downside would be their toasts were too burnt for me.

Don Michele / Italian Restaurant / Pizzeria

177-179 Perth Rd, Dundee DD2 1AS, UK – 01382 660600

Just got back from here after a lovely dinner with my gran if I could give it 10000 starts I would! Was amazing and the staff are amazing and made sure we where happy! The best red wine and steak! Oh and if you do go make sure to get the ice cream for dessert no matter how full you are you'll manage trust me 😂 Thanks again Guys! Will definitely be back

Had a very nice 2 course lunch for just under 9 pounds. Seabass with roasted vegetables and salad, followed by creme caramel and café latte. Very nice. Very cozy and comfortable interior with attentive staff. I can only fault it for one thing - the music was slightly too loud for chatting. Otherwise I have no hesitation in recommending this restaurant.

Delicious meal on Sunday. Warmly welcomed by Eva and staff. Never been disappointed anytime we visit. Great choice of food.

Food is delicious and service good. Bright and clean decor could not fault it
